All items are custom made, from scratch! It takes approximately 7-10 business days to manufacture depending on nature & size of order.
DELIVERY / COLLECTION
OPTION 1 – We use The Courier Guy as our preferred courier services. When items are ready to be sent, delivery will take between 3-4 working days.
No overnight.
Deliveries do not take place on weekends.
We do not offer overseas shipping at this stage.
OPTION 2 – Local collection. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, and you can then collect it from our studio in Walmer, Port Elizabeth. Our address is 80 Heugh Road.
PAYMENT
OPTION 1 – OZOW Instant EFT is our preferred method of payment. It’s easy & secure! Simply follow the instructions after check-out.
OPTION 2 – Manual EFT payment can be made after check-out. Please note that production will only start once payment is reflected in our Standard Bank account.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We are a small team of real people. We put a lot of thought & pride into making each item that we send out. We will never knowingly send out a faulty or damaged product. However, we are only human, and blunders do creep in from time to time. If you receive your order from us and discover a fault which we are responsible for, we will gladly fix (if possible) or replace your item with a new, correct one. No refunds. The postage cost will be for our account. However, we do not accept responsibility for faults on approved digital artwork which has not correctly been checked by you. If a mistake is made (by us or by you) on the digital version of your order, and it is not corrected by you before production starts, it will be your error, and rectifying it will be for your account. Proofs are sent for the purpose of approval by you regarding sizing / dimensions / proportions / positioning / spelling / grammar, and correctness / appropriateness of logos / fonts / images, etc. applicable to the specific order. In this case, postage costs for returns will also be for your account.
VARIATIONS IN WOOD & SIZING
Hardwood is a natural substrate. The colour, tones, grains, & texture of each piece is unique and cannot be determined or controlled.
The sizes provided in each item description are measured as accurately as possible, but up to 1cm bigger or smaller might be expected.
CARE & DURABILITY
Your hardwood product could last you a lifetime if correct care is taken!
Long term outdoor use is not recommended. Do not submerge in water. When cleaning your product, use a damp, clean, soft cloth to wipe it down. Be careful not to accidentally scratch it. Furniture polish like Mr Min can be used on all our hardwood furniture. If your furniture piece is starting to look deteriorated after some time, lightly sand the wood down with sanding paper (by hand), dust thoroughly, and apply a good quality clear varnish (we recommend Woodoc10). Items used for food (cutting or serving boards, biltong cutters) are treated with food safe clear varnish, and NOT with cooking oil as it can get sticky fast.
